We are not a daycare facility. Many of our clients prefer limited contact with other clients. For their comfort and safety - we ask that you respect your appointment time. Cancellation Policy: Though we understand the unexpected can happen, if you need to cancel/change your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice. Early notice allows our groomers a chance to book another client for your appointment time. After a second no-show or late cancellation, a $15 fee will be charged. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you for trusting us with your babies.
